We can only ship within the 48 continental United States and use UPS as our shipping company.
Orders placed before 10.00 AM (PACIFIC TIME) will be made, and shipped out the same business day. We are open for business Monday though Saturday. So a next day delivery placed on friday,Saturday or Sunday will arrive at your place on Tuesday, since we will prepare that order on Monday, and ship it out that same day to guanantee freshness.
RETURN POLICY
Chocolatier Desiree takes great pride in making the ballotin boxes look perfect before we ship them to our customers. If the weather is warm we use styrofoam shipping boxes for our ballotins,
and keep cool boxes for our luxury collection. If your order is broken, or damaged during shipping, simply return it to us as soon as possible and we will replace or refund your order in a timely matter.
Since we have a food store , and prepare each box per receipt we do not allow any returns or exchanges for our chocolates unless as previously noted the chocolates were damaged or broken during shipping.
