The wedding ballotins are available in three colors , white, red and gold.  For the summer season we have chosen pink , and champagne for our deco ribbons as well as traditional white.  Our signature ribbons are made of shinny satin with "Chocolatier Desiree" imprints.  The chocolates to accommodate our ballotins were chosen for the spring and summer season 2007.  We have included fruit flavors such as strawberry and banana, as well as milk chocolate hearts wrapped in luscious red paper.  For truffles we have chosen a traditional milk and dark chocolate truffle made with fresh cream, lots of cocoa and other natural ingredients.  Our best selling champagne comes in layers of white and dark chocolate mixed with marzipan and champagne, topped with a golden accent to finish this beautiful chocolate.   All the ballotins
